This is a valuable opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in organizing a large-scale international conference & creating a valuable network with researchers, students, practicans, representatives of business and government institutions, NGOs, media from Lithuania, Europe and Asia.

Volunteers will receive training and will be asked to assist with the following areas:
Registration Desk (assisting with conference attendee onsite registration)
Conference Rooms (assisting at conference rooms, helping to upload slides, holding microphones, checking the schedule)
Assistance to foreign guests (showing around the campus and Vilnius, helping with transportation,etc).
